DEFINITION:  Administers the Personnel Department for the Inter-Tribal Council of Nevada (ITCN) in matters of personnel and human resources management.  The Personnel Director holds a highly responsible position to which the Executive Director delegates projects, assignments, and responsibilities.  The Personnel Director should also freely self-initiate necessary tasks.  This position places a high premium upon confidentiality, judgment, initiative, organizational skills, and knowledge of ITCN and its member tribes.
